慎選
小心你的英語老師
我們要打破迷思
並不是外國的月亮比較圓
長久以來我們國人總是善待金髮、高挺鼻樑、高大身材的外國人
雖然我們很熱情，其實久了，外國人就覺得我們好騙
他們會講英文因為那是他們的母語
就像我們會講中文一樣
說到這裡不得不提一下
台灣老師有的是教學經驗，怎樣管理學生
怎樣使學生學習，只是用母語去學習外國語這點比較吃力
其他的國內的英文老師未必會輸他們
在追求外國文化時請不要忘本
不過倒是可以藉由外國人達到我們真正的目的--宣揚我國文化
台詞:
Man with guitar: I am hungry, we got no money!
Man with beard: yeah, I got an idea, let's teach English.
M w g: English?! No qualification!
M w b: No problem, we speak English!

Technology in the classroom
Methink, it is quite different to adopt technical material to teach students in class. And it would be a lot fun than in the traditional methodological innovation. As I mentioned before, students are easily to get tired of the fixed stiuation or unmovable place after ten minutes, therefore, wanting to catch their eye seems less intellligent even if we do request them do so, the consequense won't get better.
I think as a teacher, for the sake of both, it's necessary to make things different and offer a lot of varieties for either the beginners or intermediates or other else. Moreover, teachers are not always the educators but sometimes can be teached by students, if technology is used here, this would excite learners that urges them to find other positive ways to enjoy. Maybe they will find another task to challenge themselves.

Learning Strategy Teaching
昨天上課
我試著讓學生如何快速瀏覽一篇閱讀
一篇又臭又長的文章通常夾雜許許多多生字
這通常是學生最大的死穴，
一看到困難的單字就掛點，
再加上如果碰到有時間限制的考試，
我看根本就沒有必要在寫下去了。
所以這個教學經驗是在談論
老師不只要教授學生學習語言
還要使學生能夠知道如何學習語言。
首先要學生把困難單字先擺一旁
以這樣的心態開始看一篇短文
然後花三十秒留心Title是什麼
想想這個標題會聊些什麼
再者，觀察圖片或任何其他跟文章有關係的提示
這些都能在閱讀能力上有相對的輔助與幫助
接著，再用三十秒找出main idea並做記號
基本上，每句話後頭大部分都會有相呼應的句子
就好像我們講一個重點，接著才又繼續解釋更多的內容給對方聽
如果還有剩餘時間(以面對考試為例)，在重新快數瀏覽一遍。
好啦，剩下難解的單字問題了
遇到這種情形時，要穩住陣腳
觀察上下文，回想一下題目主旨作者在講些什麼
再進而揣測這個單字很可能是什麼
再不然就是把選擇題裡的答案選項套進去代替這個生字
我想問題大概可以迎刃而解了
如果一篇文章結構太複雜找不出真正要表達得涵義
那麼我想這篇文章便言之無物，乾脆也就不要看了
所以一般會出現在考卷上的文章，必定是挑選過適合同學能力的
學習像一座金字塔
如果我們從底端開始向上攀爬 (bottom to top)
也就是由簡入難，一個步驟接著一步，
效果雖然慢但終能抵達目的地;
如果我們從頂端漸而向下延伸 (top to bottom)
也就是由難入簡，直接像外國人一樣，
以全語言的態度學習，一開始需要一段時間適應
但成效會來的前述者快。

Taiwan Election
March 22, 2008
The 12th Presidential Election was just held up today. Before today, it was all about polical notion, assulting compagins or particular issues revealed by media. Whenever I turned on the TV set. it really upseted me to involve my life in this circle.
Fortunately, I won't be bothered by those critism or unreasonable action and addresses, at least not that much. No matter what the result would be, I must respect and support any candidates who turn out to be our president. After all, democratic followers should always stay in line and go with the majority.
We citizens only look forward to having better lives for all. We want our sweat to be worthy. We want our labor to get some feedback. We want our general and simple requests to be listened.
